Unwind your Mind; Processing with Herbs

  • NW Bloom Farm Northeast 124th Street Redmond, WA (map)

Slow down and enjoy the fruits of our labor. Join Rachael at the NW Bloom Farm as we alleviate stress through processing adaptogenic and calming herbs.

After the long growing season, it’s time to harvest and preserve our green allies to be available throughout the year. Learn how to dry, process, store and use herbs that help relieve stress and support our adrenals. This is a hands-on opportunity to find ease through processing the abundance that grows around us. While going through the post-harvest steps, gain an understanding of how adaptogens and calming herbs can be used and which ones truly help unwind your mind.

Participants will make a blend of herbs to take home. And Rachael will bring products to sample and purchase.

Ticket prices are on a sliding scale, please choose an amount between $15-$30 that suits your budget.

We reserve the right to cancel the class (and refund tickets) if we do not reach a minimum number of students.
