The time has come. An opportunity to teach one-on-one or with a family.
An offering to go deeper into the depths of your learning desires!
An “custom” mentorship can take place on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. The mentorship can be split between FaceTime and outside (in Duvall and the greater Seattle area) or one of either. Ideally, there is a combination of both to allow for in-field botanical ID, ethical harvesting practices, nature connection as well as processing and kitchen preparations. All teachings are hands-on!
Mentorships are designed for the mentee. Teachings and offerings include:
Herbalism
Gardening
Land Stewardship
Basketry
Ethnobotany
How it works: First, mentee (or family) fills out a questionnaire based on the experience that they want to achieve. They will determine the length of the mentorship, choose the curriculum route and write their objective/goal for mentorship. We will then determine a schedule that works for both mentor and mentee(s). Depending on the curriculum and time we may have some carry-over lesson plans or change in direction based on mentees passion. Mentorship is an opportunity for one-on-one based learning, nature-based connections and self-empowerment.
