Come join Rachael at Oxbow Farm to learn about the wonders of wild edible and medicinal plants of the Pacific Northwest!
Participants will learn plant identification, sustainable harvesting techniques, seasonal tending, edibility, medicinal benefits, toxicity, and more! By the end, we will gather plants to make fresh tea as well as learn drying techniques and plant combinations to bring a wild tea blend home with you.

Open to ages 13 and up.
