Come join us at the Duvall Herb Farm and smell the roses!
Together we will harvest roses to make various types of rose medicine. Participants will learn how to grow, harvest and process different rose varieties that thrive in the PNW. We will teach how to make a rose flower essence, rose petal glycerites, and drying techniques for teas and other culinary uses! We will have teas that embody the rose flavor and spark inspiration for herbal combinations with rose. All participants will go home with a a greater understanding of rose medicine from their sensory experience with this Beloved flower.
All levels of experience are welcome! Ages 10-12 are welcome to come with an adult.
