Wild Botanicals; Spring Season
Wild Botanicals is a series of classes created on the basis of the harvest season in Snoqualmie Valley. Classes are in-person, outside and within the ecosystem of the plant(s). Students will learn botanical ID, look alikes, growth habits and harvesting ethics, plant processing and preparations.
